The key cards didn't work
Great hotel, great location, great room, lack of competent front desk personnel. There were two different ladies try to help at front desk. We had two adjoining rooms which they could not put on one card. Now I have a total of $1548 of pending charges which is over 3X the room rate. When my wife asked about, they tried to shame her by saying she doesn't have enough money. So I went down to ask about charges and they couldn't explain why, but kept saying that is the way its supposed to be. I will see if charges post correctly... read more
Absolut freundliches und perfekt gelegenes Hotel. Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und ruhig. Das Highlight ist das Restaurant im Haus! Jedes Gericht ein Highlight, geschmacklich als auch vom Anrichten. Absolut empfehlenswert.
