Most friendly, helpful, supportive, comfortable Hotel ever!!!
I have stayed at this hotel for 21 months- ever month since 2013- but the last 2 months were horrible - I don't know if Mangement changed or what but I will be looking for a new place to stay in the future-
Stayed 3 nights while in town to go to MD Anderson Cancer Center. Great place to stay. Will be on the short list of places to stay if we have to come back. The shuttle was a lifesaver! All of the employees we interacted with was very helpful. Greg drove us to the hospital multiple times & Keith took us to the Holocaust Museum and gave me excellent directions for avoiding traffic on the way home. Thanks!
