I don’t think there are enough words to describe this stay for my family and I. First, contacting the property is impossible. During booking the site advised the deposit was $50, called the customer service for the location and the agent confirmed the $50 as well. We get to the property and it was $150. There were not enough towels available in the room even through I list the number of guest. This place is a dump. No tv. No WiFi. They tell you at check in there’s no tv and WiFi but it was midnight after a long day of moving our son into his apartment for college and we needed a place to crash. Looks like the hotel suffered severe water damage as there were water stains and drywall hanging off the ceilings base boards crown moldings. We hit the bed but in the morning noticed a blood stain on the pillowcase we had no idea where it came from as we were not bleeding. Disgusting. There’s no power or lighting for secur... read more

Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe Experience This has been an absolutely terrible experience. The shower water is running cold, and the floors throughout the room are wet due to excessive condensation, creating a serious slip-and-trip hazard. I went to the front desk to report these concerns and was told that the employee was the only person onsite. It’s a an okay hotel. You’re getting what you pay for i don’t necessarily have any complaints. Room could’ve been more updated and slightly cleaner but again you get what you pay for. If you’re in tallahassee for a quick stay like a college visit/orientation i’d recommend if ur on a budget. bathrooms are decent. I have noticed a trend in tallahassee that all these hotels have a great lobby and a pretty dingy hallway and this one was one of the better ones but still really the same. staff was friendly especially at the front ... read more
