Pool and gym are very nice. Great jump point to get around to downtown and surrounding areas
I booked a reservation weeks in advance at this hotel only to arrive after a 6 hour drive to be told that my reservation had been cancelled due to overbooking. They claimed to have tried to call me the day of my reservation to inform me but I found out they were calling the wrong phone number. The girl at the desk blamed hotels.com, the service I booked the room with. Of course when I called hotels.com they blamed the hotel. Very frustrating experience. Incompetence all around.
This is a 1-2 stars hotel, not even remotely a 3 star hotel. The room had bugs inside like if it wasn’t cleaned in months, thankfully the bed was clean but probably had those bugs you can’t see. The tub had the handle all black and rusty and the floor like if it was in construction.
Exelent hotel bed are firm breakfast so good scrambled egg fruits cereal oatmeal te orange juice hot coffee so good service room and atención
