★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this stay was beyond unacceptable. First and foremost, cleanliness was appalling—the rooms and hallways was dirty on arrival with visible stains, dust, and a lingering garbage smell. It clearly is not maintained. Located right by everything. Room was okay, bathroom wasn’t really clean and you could see water spots and some areas that were missed Room itself was spacious and beds and pullout were comfortable. Breakfast was good

We only stayed one night and everything was great.They even were able to handle tbe big crowd that came to breakfast wichbhad many selections. I also Loved that it was right next door to our destination Splash Lagoon and was connected to Quaker Steak and Lube

•The entire fourth floor smelled like weed, no one was sent upstairs to access after we told the front desk. • The elevator doors would open and close repeatedly, and upon walking out it would drop. I went to the front desk and she said that it was perfectly fine and just looked at. I asked why there wasn’t a certificate posted because that is against the law and she said it was just serviced.
