Hotel staff was amazing! We had a large group and needed extra towels and roll away beds. They were quick to deliver them. The breakfast area was extremely busy. There was staff on hand constantly cleaning up and replenishing food and juice. All staff members were pleasant. We had a great stay!
The manager was excellent in assisting us with our requests. Will be staying again!

Third time staying here - suite was worth the upgrade! Lots of space and clean room! Second time we've stayed at this location, overall a good experience. Very convenient for access to splash lagoon and other local amenities (restaurants, gas stations and Walmart) room was spacious but needs a good cleaning. We didn't check in until 4pm so cleaning staff were likely busy. Apon check-in Carpets were not vacuumed, restroom had hair and a hair tie on floor, end table had hair and other bits inside and the pull out bed had parts... read more
