Received a call the day prior from an agent named Luke. He said we could check in our room at 12noon. When we arrived we were informed that was incorrect and had to wait until 4pm or pay a fee for early check in. This was quite an unexpected welcome. We hauled everything back to the car and let the grandkids head to the pool and later two old grandmas hauled everything back out and checked in. Destiny apologized and was helpful. So I did a last minute trip and picked this hotel and figured oh it’s a Wyndham it’ll be good. This was early August 2026 and we decided to do something for the night due to trying to make a positive experience out of something awful that happened to us from a different experience. I checked in the front desk girl was so nice we go back to the room and I decided to get the executive Suite to have more space. What a nice place to stay! The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is good and the connection to Splash Lagoon is perfect!
This was our second stay at the Hotel and the rooms are huge. So nice to have all that space. The best part was the amazing customer service. Two staff members (Sasha and Samantha) went above and beyond for us. They are friendly, welcoming and wonderful customer service.
