The location is the primary draw; we stayed here a couple of nights for a wedding hosted at the beautiful Tupper Manor. I will start off this review with the positives. Location, location location. It is very close to the water, public parks, and Salem. The beach is quiet with clean and cold Atlantic water. Absolut unfreundliche Rezeptionistin. Im Flur roch es nach alten Socken. Im Zimmer leider auch. Die Klimaanlage ist laut und verdreckt. Wir haben nach 30min wieder ausgecheckt und uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht.

Average 3 star hotel. Rooms are a little small. Breakfast is ok but not free. Proximity to Endicott campus is greatest feature.

Wi-fi is beyond terrible, mattress broke my back, zero basic amenities you’d get even at a $70 hotel and we paid $300, example no decaf at front desk, no breakfast, I guess their chef was sick and they had no replacement. Also beach access is way too far away, and their parking has no space for a sprinter or larger van. Also the photos are fake it’s not where you’ll stay, they show the main mansion but you’ll stay down the street in a separate compound. Definitely a lawsuit waiting to happen.
