I've never had a bad experience there and have been going there for years. I take my kids there too and they are very sweet with dealing with the kids!
I'm blown away by this office. My daughter was in Wylie for a competition when her contact started acting up and hurting her eye. She had no more contacts because we were waiting for recently ordered contacts to arrive, plus, she was away from home. After calling Wylie eye center, they told her to come on in...on a Saturday. Somehow, they were able to fit her in, give her a quick exam and provide a couple of contacts to get her by till Monday. What a blessing!
