Our 3 year old had his first eye exam today. The technicians were wonderful with him. Dr. Claborn was so sweet and caring. She explained my son's prescription and his eye health to us. Then Ashley helped pick out his first pair of glasses. She was so nice and gave us great insight to what was going to work best for our son. It was an outstanding visit! We would recommend Wylie Eye Center to everyone!
I have been cursed with an extremely nitpicky prescription in my 30+ years of wearing glasses. No room for gray area of seeing either. Dr Beth Anderson and staff nailed my prescription and my new glasses are spot on perfect the first time. I'm extremely impressed! Thank you!
Staff seem not to know what to do... Never got a call from doctor cause doctor never explained anything to me..... This was a horrible experience and waste of time!
Without a doubt Sami more than stepped up to the plate to help my husband with contacts we purchased from another optometry when they would not help my husband when we returned to their location and they refused to assist him stating he needed to make another appointment and since he would be coming in after the one month visit (because they had no appointment for him on Saturday) he would be charged another visit !!! My fist time having my eye examined here and I couldn't have asked for a more thorough examination. The staff was very patient with me and made me feel very comfortable. I am very pleased!
