Wow, what a lame company. You place an order, they write back it takes1-10 days to process and ship the order. Then 10 days later, they claim there is a problem unloading the product from the ship. HUH? And that is my problem how? So I cancel the order and they charge me 10% because they sold something they never had in stock in the 1st place.
