Wyatt is everything you could possibly ask for in a great realtor. He is the perfect balance of personable and professional, hard working and easy going, and was an overall invaluable asset to my home buying journey. Wyatt is in a league of his own. His integrity spoke volumes when we gave him an initial number for our budget (being naïve first-time home buyers) and he never tempted us with anything outside that number or pushed us to increase, fully respecting our choices, and establishing trust. His attention to detail came in clutch at each house showing noticing signs of termites, mold, cracks, leaks, and water damage, that we otherwise may have missed.
