Disappointed with my local pain mgmt in Charles town wv. June 26 is when my dr submitted a stat order for me to receive a call to set up appt. Today I called my dr back saying still haven’t received any call. They transferred me and when I asked what happened I was told “this has been an issue for a long time”. I want somewhere I can trust and this isn’t it. I’ve gone through pain mgmt before with no issues at a different place. If you want to build clientele then nail the basics. Awful . Abysmal . Disrespectful to patients. Awful people. I'm reading these reviews ,I see I'm not the only one "patient advocate" and legal dept tried to intimidate with cease and desist letters based on lies Their day will come .
I wish I had read these reviews before I invested so much time with this group. They definitely do not manage pain. Dr Pratt is rude with his interaction. I told him my diagnosis after five spine surgeries and he said “no one knows what that is, you should just say you have a really bad back!” Raise your hand if you know what degenerative disc disease is!! Do Not Go to WVU for pain.
