This is okay for a hospital. Just like everyone I've been to there are good things as well as not so good things I can say about them. However, I wouldn't be going to this hospital if St. Joe's were still an up and running hospital.

This place is not one of the best places we have ever been it takes the nurses a long time to answer the iv poles and they always seem to be under staffed and they take forever to schedule any procedure and could care less how much it affects the patient or the patients family for that matter and we never seem to be stocked up on wash clothes and towels or even simple cleaning whips or extra trash bags

RecommendedI’m impressed . My son needed to be seen on a Saturday and it was not a big enough of an emergency to go to an ER. I have Wheeling Hospital insurance and didn’t know if I could take him anywhere else. I reached out on Facebook and Jes Larue recommended going to Rapid care and that I would just need to pay a copay . Sure enough I paid $25 , was seen right away and the staff were all wonderful especially Ryan. My son tested positive for strep and we were there less than an hour . make your people at the register desk do their job the way it should be done by taking people in the order they sign in and not over pass people for their friends that just walk in and are taken in front of everyone else that's been waiting
