RecommendedI have been using the VA since 1982 . They have always been there for me when ever I needed the Hospitol. I would recommend our Martinsburg VA to everybody.
I have been with VAMC Martinsburg since 2005. I have never had anything but exceptional service from the physicians and staff. I have particularly enjoyed the professionalism of Dr Karen Thompson, and the nurses and staff of CPC-3, as well as that of Dr France and the Audiology Clinic. Thank you for all you do for us.
My husband and step father have had nothing but good things to say about this facility. They saved my husbands eyesight by catching a problem and arranging 3 surgeries to correct it at no charge to us. And they supplied hearing aids to both my husband and his father. The staff has always been friendly and professional and very welcoming when we have been there.

Horrible veterans affairs hospital. You'll wait forever for care, even through the choice program. In my incident I waited 9 months for outpatient care for acupuncture. Yet if i'm in pain I can see the doc and get pain meds, motrin, muscle relaxers in 3-4- days in the mail. WTF! Not to mention going through the process of getting"approved" for the acupuncture taking months just to have the head pain clinic doctor see you 45 mins past your appointment time and straight up telling you she doesn't believe in acupuncture and doe... read more
Dr chemaly ccp3 ........ waste of space and air ..... had a reaction to an antibiotic given to me by the ER doctor the night before ...... Dr Chemaly refused to give me a different medication .. said I wasn't sick enuff ... wanted me to get sicker and come back later in the week ...... meanwhile I'm coughing up hand fuls of infection ! .......
