After multiple attempts. No one takes your phone call. Just bounced from billing to the nurses station and back again.
My two main Doctors I see here are absolutely amazing. I genuinely trust them and look to them for guidance with all five of my children! Most of the nurses are awesome, like anywhere there is the occasional sour grape. The new phone system and after hours protocol isn't my favorite. But during the day they have always got us in for sick appointments and been very flexible with well child's. I really love this place overall.
