Generally I've had a good experience, being a relatively new patient. Just two pieces of constructive feedback: 1. Water seems to get all over the place. During both cleaning visits, I had water dripping down my neck. Other dental offices I've visited are good at keeping liquid from leaving my mouth. 2. Even after water is sucked out of my mouth, I still feel like I want to swallow because water's still near my throat. My family have been going to Dr Wu since we moved to CA since 2014. Place is nice and the staffs are great to work with.
I love Dr. Wu and his staff they are all patient, helpful and gentle.
Wu Dental staff is extremely kind, caring & helpful. Since moving to San Mateo County, have found a dentist that I hope to keep for many years to come. Earlier in the year, Dr Wu had repaired an old crown that came loose, and his attention to detail was exceptional. Thank you guys a bunch!
