I've started from being a contractor and became a full time employee. They worked with me when my mom died. Everyone has there own opion.

Bad company to work for. Poor training, micromanagement etc. The pay was ridiculously low for the workload. I was truly relived when they let me go. They will probably fire you within 4 months regardless, so I recommend looking for a more stable job while training for these guys.

I worked at WTW for 3 years starting during the pandemic. The work was remote throughout the duration of my employment and that's probably one of the major benefits of working for this company. Most of the management was nice and very hands off which was another plus, this is definitely a job with low accountability but there is room to grow and move up. The biggest issue with WTW is from the corporate standpoint, where they will make flippant decisions that upend your work regardless of how long you've been with the company... read more
