The entire procedure was virtually painless and fast. As always, the entire staff made me feel welcomed and cared for.
I was a little startled when the Hygenist had told the frront desk scheduler to book me another appointment in 3 months. He had not told me this and I had thought that every 6 months was standard. When she checked again with him I was then booked for a 4 month follow up. Is every 3 months the New Standard.
As usual, the cleaning staff very kindly put up with the atrocious state of my teeth/gums and the admin staff very kindly put up with my complete ignorance about insurance billing. Everyone at Wrigleyville Dental is always so nice, and I really feel that they have my best interests at heart as a patient. I ran into a friend while walking home and recommended you as I am so frequently doing; so hopefully he will come in soon!
Excellent dentist - very thorough and spends time with you to go over everything. I love the fact that she uses holistic practices and medicines. I highly recommend Dr. Teplitsky and her staff!
Hot tea, Netflix and and a smiling are how the staff greeted me at Wrigleyville Dental. I've never felt so comfortable at a dentist's office. Everyone at the office was not only friendly, but also very knowledgeable. The staff made it a point to explain everything I didn't understand in the process.
staff was friendly and Dr. Bernice Teplitsky, DDS, was the BEST!! Not only was she knowledgeable but she made me feel real comfortable.. they were able to squeeze me in the day after my consult!!! i wanted to get my mercury fillings removed and waited to years to find the right care provider for me...i traveled 20 miles just to receive my care here..needless to say im very happy about my decision!

Overall the team here is great, but after having been a patient for a while I still have trouble understanding how the billing works, and whether I truly am paying the same amount regardless of whether Wrigleyville Dental is an in-network provider for my insurance or not. It would be ideal if your team could provide more information and reiterate this at every visit/every invoice.
