happy here! – Ive been in the same unit for 2 years now. We like the home we rent and have been happy here. Thats due in part to the repairs and maintenance they have done. The exterior was painted for us about 6 months after we moved in.
great! – Nothing comes up that these guys cant take care of. They are great managers that have taken the responsibility and stress out of the ownership of the rental. They make it a care free income property like it should be.
Great co. – This is the Wright place for management. They have kept my unit filled all but 8 days in over a year! They have taken care of many of the responsibilities like I would if I was still doing them. The cost of hiring management is well worth the peace of mind ease of ownership.

Responsible Management – I made sure that the house I was living in was spotless when I moved out and it paid off!!!! I actually got about 90% of my deposit back and it was fairly quickly too. I understand that other people may not have the seam experience as me, but I worked really hard to keep the home in good shape when I lived there and it was worth it thanks to the help of my property manager from Wright. She worked with the owner to ensure I received a large amount of my deposit back.
