Ive been in the same unit for 2 years now. We like the home we rent and have been happy here. Thats due in part to the repairs and maintenance they have done. The exterior was painted for us about 6 months after we moved in.
They were kind and patient while we were looking for a place and have been great even after the move in. They sent a very professional handyman to repair a few things that came up. They have been great and we think we will be happy here for a long time.
Wright Realty's team is very impressive. They are a group of professionals. Polite, efficient, just wonderful. It's been great working with them.
I made sure that the house I was living in was spotless when I moved out and it paid off!!!! I actually got about 90% of my deposit back and it was fairly quickly too. I understand that other people may not have the seam experience as me, but I worked really hard to keep the home in good shape when I lived there and it was worth it thanks to the help of my property manager from Wright. She worked with the owner to ensure I received a large amount of my deposit back.
