I'm very grateful how caring and attentive the staff are! I had a back bracket come off and the wire was cutting my cheek badly. It was late in the evening when I called the on call number and I was met at their business promptly. It may seem like a small issue but it wasn't to me, it meant a lot! Thank you!!!
Giving them one star is a compliment. Every time I leave here not only am I in pain but I leave crying because of the rudeness I receive. Today I had an argent with Dr. Wright himself where he proceeded to tell me that I can sign a waver and get my braces taken off early he does not care. Made me feel like I am not at all appreciated as a customer. He also was being so rude and had an ignorant tone of voice that I had to tell him I don't appreciate the way I'm getting treated and to walk out. I wouldn't recommend this place ... read more
