We needed to get an inspection done in 5 days from signing our purchase agreement and Wright was there the next day. His inspection was very thorough and even picked up on the smallest things. I feel much more confident going into purchasing my first home. One of my favorites things was the mass amount of pictures he took of every issue. Wright inspection performed an inspection on our home and seemed to have minimal knowledge, created issues that did not exist prior to inspection and left items on. See list below 1. When checking our AC units for proper function he somehow grounded something on the outside unit that tripped the breaker or overloaded the unit. He never noticed that he tripped the breaker. My husband and I got a new built home. We knew we wanted to get an inspection done. We did our research and found Wright Inspections. He was quick to respond to my email. We were unable to be present at the time of the inspection due to work but Wright took care of it all. I had my report emailed to me right after the inspection was complete.
