***** is a great inspector. We hired him for our new home build'spre-drywall inspection inMid Nov 2021. He reached the new house at 7-8am in themorning and started inspecting. We planned to meet him with a 3 hours gap so that he can complete the inspection and then we cango over his findings. I highly recommend Daren to anyone needing a home inspection. As a first time home buyer, I am very thankful that Daren was my inspector. He took the time to walk me through every possible aspect of the house in detail and did not leave any stones unturned. We needed to get an inspection done in 5 days from signing our purchase agreement and Wright was there the next day. His inspection was very thorough and even picked up on the smallest things. I feel much more confident going into purchasing my first home. One of my favorites things was the mass amount of pictures he took of every issue. He also organized the report in order of items that need to be fixed right away and things that could wait or were mostly cosemtic.
