We don't want to repeat the many comments already made about Mr. *********************** professionalism and honesty (that are all absolutely true in our experience; his work is outstanding). ***** was able to fit me into his schedule quickly. He was thorough, thoughtful and honest about his evaluations, telling me what needed to be taken care of right now, what can wait a bit and what could be put off or never done. That part of his report was my favorite part. So were the pictures that showed me exactly what he was was referring to. I would absolutely hire him again and will refer him to friends.
Very professional. Very through. Well thought out report. Very happy and appreciative. The house we were in the process of buying, had a lot issues, some of which are serious problems, that are difficult to assess in scope (e.g. mold in the kitchen cabinets and some indication the floor boards too). We would have had to replace most of the kitchen cabinets only to discover more mold in the floor boards. Very expensive and time consuming. ***** was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection for mold and water damage. He also did a professional air quality test inside and outside the house which was then sent to a lab in Phoenix . The results were conveyed to me within a few days . He inspected all areas in the house,including the attic and roof. His knowledge and genuine caring for all my questions and concerns were very reassuring. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him highly.

My reason for the inspection had to do with my new home 1 year builder inspection. I would have never known about cracked tiles on my roof, window installation issues, and several other items adding up to quite a bit of money had it been on me to pay out of pocket for these things as I discovered them. ***** is a great inspector. We hired him for our new home build'spre-drywall inspection inMid Nov 2021. He reached the new house at 7-8am in themorning and started inspecting.
