We needed an inspection prior to purchasing a property, and Daren was recommended by our agent. Daren had excellent rates, and even more impressive, was his inspection expertise. We included pool and termite inspection, and we were happy to have that option. Darren the owner is amazing, on time, beyond prrofesional and honest. We have used this company twice and both times, he found the tiniest of tiniest problems or potential problems with condos and houses(in my case). A rarity in todays world. He takes his time, explains the issues in laymans terms. He also delivered the report the same day. A gem in this industry.
