I have had home inspections in the past that were well below par. It was clear from just a few minutes that this would be very different. Mr. Wright was cordial and professional and identified many issues with the home, spending several hours of the inspection and detailing information as well as writing a loquacious and pointed report that helped our home purchase decision. Most certainly would recommend and will utilize his services in the future.

Daren Wright did an amazingly thorough inspection for me recently that saved me from a money pit had I purchased the home I was in contract for. Not only did he find a number of substantial large ticket items, but also several small things I'm not sure other inspectors would have noticed - things out of code in the plumbing and electrical. This was the second time I used Mr. Wright for an inspection. His report is very thorough with photos detailing items. After the inspection, I highly recommend calling Mr. Wright to review his report so you have a clearer understanding of items in the report. Remember this report is correct according to specifications of the industry and do not reflect items which might be dismissed.

Daren Wright did another inspection for us. This time remotely. The report and pictures were good enough to convince us to proceed with a cure notice to the seller. Some nameplate photos were out of focus that made it hard for us to see the equipment ratings. Some defects noted in photos could have been better understood if we had a video instead. Since we were remote, there is a certain amount of lost information transfer. But it worked for us.

Daren did the inspection on a home I sold and I was so impressed with how thorough he was with that inspection that I had him inspect the home I bought after. He was communicative, knowledgeable, on-time and extremely thorough. His pricing was fair and he took the time to explain and show all the issues he found, even explaining how things work if I wasn't sure.

I am a First time home buyer and needed a second opinion on each and every step in the process of closing the house. But i can assure Daren would be the best for the services he provides. He is very professional and crosses his limits to provide you the complete report on the house. Do NOT disturb him while he is on the job, but after completing he will take you through a detail tour of the house and suggests fixes for all major and minor issues.
