Spent an hour on the phone with a competitor, who repeatedly put me on hold, only to have the call disconnected. During my third and final call with the competitor, a customer service rep had me on hold for 15 minutes while she asked her Manager if post-op shoes could be ordered via phone. When she reconvened, it was to say the manager would return my call by the end of the day. I'm Ilene and I visited the Ferndale location on this week Feb 8-12, 2021. I was greeted by a very polite staff. The front desk (Ariel) took my information expeditiously and had me in to see someone just as quick. Once completing my visit Ariel shared extra useful information upon my check out.
