I'm Ilene and I visited the Ferndale location on this week Feb 8-12, 2021. I was greeted by a very polite staff. The front desk (Ariel) took my information expeditiously and had me in to see someone just as quick. Once completing my visit Ariel shared extra useful information upon my check out. Moreover, my Certified Orthotic Fitter was (Alexis Smitowski) she was very professional, caring, patient and had a nice sense of calming humor in response to my nervous humor.
