Took my son in for sleeping problems. Nicole put him on a new medication and specifically told me to call if things weren’t improving. I called to get a sooner apt but within range of being able to put in pto time to be off. The front was rude and didn’t want to help move his apt. I asked for a call back from Nicole to see what we need to do as the side effects are worsening daily. We love all of the staff there! They are always so sweet and make sure my son is taken care of!
We arrived 30 minutes early and were taken back and seen before our scheduled appointment time. Fast, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. Couldn’t have had a better experience here!
