The staff is overall very sweet.
They are nice when we come in yes, but my son has been sick for the past 3 days and everyday they say “call tomorrow as soon as we open and we can get you in” so for 3 days I call and they say the same thing. They do NOT have enough urgency for a sick child. How can they book up in 3 minutes??? I called when they asked me to three days in a row.
Providers are phenomenal, but front desk is rude, rude, rude. Sorry to encroach on your time ma’am.
Very helpful in resolving my newborns, and other younger children’s health concerns. Very nice doctor. And Nurse practitioner.
