As usual, the initial contact with reception was courteous and professional. Minimal wait time and Theresa was awesome (and gentle).

Dr. Shirazi and staff are very accomodating.They are dedicated to fix any problems/emergencies right away. Dr. Shirazi did a very good job to alleviate the pain and infection existing on my troubled tooth. Thanks a lot!!!

Called in and was scheduled to come in within 24 hours and then out the door in 30 minutes. Doesn't get easier than that.
I have been going to Water Tower Dental for some time. I have very complicated medical issues, and going to the dentist is traumatic and excruciatingly painful for me. The entire staff has ALWAYS taken all steps possible to diminish the amount of pain I experience, let things go at my pace (which means several breaks), and never make me feel troublesome.
