I worked for wright care home care and I live in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania! I had a case but I was took off the case for no reason. Then one of the staff members which is Sheri Matthew’s who told me she will let me know when there’s a case in my area. She never followed up with me and never told me about the cases where I live. This is an amazing place to work through and they have amazing people that work in the office. When you have a problem they try to help you as much as they can. Thank you for everything.

Worse agency really bad experience!! No coverage!! Shari the manager lied ! She turns her phone off when you need home care!! I don't recommend this home care if you live in the Pottstown area!! They have no back up aides also!! The aides sleep on the job and leave for several hours at a time. I complained about it and Shari did nothing about it!!
