We are a professional tree service. Recently purchased a large pro saw. 395XP. Starter recoil jammed in the first hour. Brought it in, did not have the parts in stock, took a new saw off the shelf got me up and going in 20 minutes. Best Husqvarna in the state

We recently purchased a zero turn mower from Wright Brothers. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. They even delivered it to our farm over an hour away. We definitely recommend Wright Brothers.
Worst customer service we have ever received. We took our mower which we purchased from them to be winterized. After they had the mower for two months, they then returned it to use in worse shape than when we took it in. Literally had a broken brake sitting on the seat when picked up. Had no issues with any broken parts when we took it to them. Then they wanted to charge us $600 for brake repair. Plus, after they had it all that time, they never did get around to winterizing it.
