I bought a Husqvarna robot mower from Amazon. I found that it needed a PIN to set it up. I contacted Husqvarna and they said the PIN was provided by the seller. I contacted the seller and they said I must find a local dealer. Wright brothers called Husqvarna and was able to get me the information that I needed. I hadn’t bought my mower from Wright brothers but I will buy my next one from them due to excellent customer service.
They are honest and very helpful! They won't steer you wrong! Whether it's getting your small engine fixed or purchasing a new item, they give you their best at all times!
Will never even attempt to use this place again! My motor, which was there for warranty work, oh, and of which never had one thing done on it, nor was anything even attempted after 2 and a half months. I go to pick it up, and it's sitting out in the grass, in the weather, and they had been moving around it. The gas tank is full of water and the power shaft is Soo rusted I have to clean it up myself for it to back in the coupler! If you have any motor warranty work at all on anything do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.... read more
