She was pretty nice, only issue was I was the only one in the lobby. They made me sit there for 25 minuets talking about random things. They could of done my exam then talk about other things.

I do not recommend this practice in the slightest unless you want the wrong prescription and an optometrist who makes excuses. Neither Dr. Wright nor her front desk assistant are very welcoming. You would think a patient would be treated much better than they treat patients. The customer service was never up to par over the course of my visits over the years.
