Took my truck there for a minor repair, was misquoted by $400 and several days. When I asked to speak with the manager a junior person called me back and said his manager said to "handle me". Don't waste your time or money at this place. It is a joke.
Terrible service today. Spent over an hour waiting while they looked at my trade. Came back with no numbers and didn't even ask if I planned on putting money down. Good job, just lost a sale. But I'm sure the other dealership (Prestons) would like to thank you.
I just bought a used car on Monday. I called the dealership to inquire and the person on the phone directed me to a salesperson. He was friendly and helpful. He was even willing to text me on Sunday (his day off) to let me know if the vehicle was still available for me first thing Monday morning.
