I have bought two Saabs from them in the past. Currently had issues with mine starting and after $650 car died again within 6 days. I've had nothing but ride customer service ( including from Mr. Wright) trying to get them to fix their crappy work that should have been done correctly the first time. Over $400 was for labor of the $650. When I looked at the invoice the rest was for an oil change and a new battery. They had my car only a few hours. Those labor costs are insane.

I've had nothing but good things to say about Wright's service department until now. I recently had my check engine light come on and was told that it was a code for a timing chain issue. The issue I had with that is that it was repaired in January of last year, which was the final year of my powertrain warranty. I mentioned that to them and they told me that the repair warranty expired. Then I was told that I would have to pay over $400 just to find out exactly what is wrong. Today was not a good day...lol

Wright Automotive Group refused to correct an errant job in correcting a nationwide recall on the lift gate of an Acadia. Gate still collapses and shuts unpredictably. Planning to take it to an independent mechanic to fix it right. Permanently.

I bought a truck off lenny donner 3-31-17. Was told it would pass a WV inspection. So i took it to my mechanic on 4-5 to give it a once over it wont pass started with the turn signal light i told them about on a test drive they didnt change then the tires i was told we change them if they r under 50% yea ok the front tires failed the back just passed. So we stopped there on 4-6 had to put a new battery in it. So i emailed called and left messages to talk with him no call back yet. So they lie and customer service sucks after... read more

Shout out to Lenny Donner! I was able to walk out of the dealership with the car of dreams, and excellent service. Thank you, Lenny you found exactly what I was looking for. Cochran in Monroeville couldn't come close. Guess where we will be buying our cars from now on? The entire staff is very professional, and attentive to the customers. Everyone is treated with respect. Well job done, Wright Auto Group!

I drove over 4 hours to get there because they are the nearest Saab dealership to me. My appointment was at 8:30 Friday morning to have 2 keys cut and 2 fobs programmed to start the car. I was back on the road at 9:15 driving to the Carnegie Museum since I was out of there so quickly and had plenty of time to do "tourist" things since I was so far from home. Thank you all for a quality job done very quickly.

I drove 100 miles from WV to pick up my 2016 Nissan xd diesel truck. Now 70 days later I have a truck I cant use because the paperwork was never filed for title and registration. I will never buy here again. BUYERS BEWARE

I bought my vehicle 2 days ago, put 30 miles on it and the transmission went. Let's see what they do; Lets see how reputable this dealership is..very unhappy customer right now.
