Worst service centre ever I have been too and their service department don't even know how to talk to customers and address their request. They need to have manners and etiquette to talk to customer rather than acqusising them and not listening the point.
Avoid this place, DO NOT BUY WARRANTY! They are scammers! Service is a scam. These guys take advantage of women in the worst way.

I have purchased 2 cars from these people and was very happy all around both times. This time I get a "Congratulations you've been pre-qualified for an auto loan" on the application but a different story from Dave the credit guy at the lot! Seems that even without asking my income or appraising my trade or even asking if I had a down payment Dave says I'm not approved, Dave I haven't looked at a car to finance yet! went shopping, spent hours in a store. then came to give this company for an oil change and they wanted me to fill out paper work just for steeping inside the dealer ship? They are lying about covid regulations, they want regular folks just trying to pass them a key for an oil change to fill out government employee forms for a oil change? I was in that office longer trying to educate these people then me going into a small store for an hour.
