We contacted Wren Realty about our 82 year old father's home in St. Charles. It was in poor condition. He received a fair offer, and the closing was very simple for him. Throughout we had excellent communication with Wren Realty. They also stayed in contact after the sale to update us on disposition of household items and the refurbishment process. Highly recommended.
We recently purchased our first home from Wren Realty. Even though we didn't have any previous experience to compare, I will say our experience was great! Our house was redone and perfect! They were professional, friendly, and honest which made us comfortable and confident to work with.
Rob's work was thorough and very well-done. He takes the time to put the VERY best material, appliances, and fixtures into his rehab's. He was very responsive and considerate to deal with. Laurie was very sweet to work with as well on the Real Estate side. The process was seamless and very easy from start to finish. I would (and have) recommend(ed) Wren Realty to anyone in this industry.
