I have never sold a home before. Considering my situation with loosing a family member and finding myself in possession of a completely outdated home with a lot “junk” left in it, they made the process so incredibly easy, and fast that I would recommend Wren Realty Inc. to anyone I know. They even purchased the home with everything we left in it lifting the burden of disposing. I wish I would have contacted them much much sooner!!!!

My wife and I are ready to downsize. I heard an advertisement from Wren Realty about selling your home "as is" without the hassle and expense of remodeling and upgrading. After contacting them, I received a follow-up call from a representative. When I stated we were interested in selling our home, the 1st question from the gentleman was ... Selling my mom's condo to Wren Realty significantly reduced the "stress" level for me. I didn't have to worry about anything! The as-is purchase price was fair and the entire process was efficient and seamless. The closing was fast as well. Rob and Laurie are great to work with! I highly recommend them!!

I had a family in my church who were unable to stay in their home anymore and the house needed major updates. Wren Reality was a pleasure to work with! They gave a good offer and had grace and understanding for an older woman saying goodbye to her house of over 45 years. I would highly recommend them!

Wren Realty was great to work with! My client was selling her mothers home "as is" and Wren Realty was the buyer! They made the transaction very easy for them and me as their agent and gave them a very fair deal with the sale of the home. I would definitely call them again if I have a buyer wanting to sell their home "as is" and would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell fast in "as is " condition. Thanks Wren Realty!

After my mother died last year we needed to sell the house she had lived in for almost 60 years. The house needed a great deal of work, and we decided to sell "as is" to a rehabber.
