I've been a tenant with WRC for almost 3 years. I had two judgements and other credit issues but WRC gave me a chance to get my family stable housing in a GREAT neighborhood plus I'm close to the city!
WRC Consulting worked with me and my not-so-good credit to get an apartment near the city of Atlanta.
Do not rent from this company!! They are unbelievably rude, money hungry and overall just bad people. They increase prices and rent at every opportunity and try to get as much money from you as possible. Lan Weber is the epitome of a menace; the second you show interest she will text and call you nonstop, and try to force you into whatever deal is optimal for her. Their property is subpar and overpriced, and they will put whatever hidden fees and riders that they can to milk you to the maximum.
Be careful with Lan Weber. PLEASE don't rent here!!. This company is a SCAM.
