I used to love this place and the staff. The office has ( or should I say HAD) 3 new patients due to my recommendations. Now we are all left finding another doctor elsewhere since we were never informed of Dr. Gottfried's retirement. It is 2024, there are soo many channels of communications that a practice such as this one can inform their patients of such a departure. I have called this office many times. I've been left on hold for 20 minutes or longer. It is disgusting that they can't answer the phones promptly.
Every time I see Dr. Kezia Sam, I come away with a smile. She takes her time and covers all the bases. I was also helped by a wonderful nurse called Candice, who went above and beyond. Much appreciated!
