I had to wait for 45 minutes for a “female” nail tech to become available because the male technicians weren’t comfortable doing a guys nails. What a JOKE. Never coming back. Also, your salon is homophobic.
I am here now for a gel pedi and I will never come back. I asked for a soak off because I already had gel polish on my toes. I saw other nail techs peeling the gel polish off of the nails of customers which is super damaging to the nail and I specifically ask them to soak it off. The woman acted like she did not understand. She used the drill and sure enough there are dents in my toe nails. Oh by the way you still have to pay $50 for them to damage your nails. My sister and I like to go for a little massage and reflexology pampering when we visit Kansas City.
I travel for work and have had my nails done from the coast of California to Brooklyn NY Miami FL and several places in between. This is my all time favorite!
I live in Fort Worth and won't go anywhere else. They are not nail techs. They are artists. Perfect every time.
