I have been going to this salon on and off for 10 years! While I love the hospitality of Anna and the rest of the staff, I had an unfortunate experience here today. My nails where cut extremely short after I told him to even them up with a file. The pedicurist also cut into my skin, twice. I know this happens at times and is an accident. RecommendedGreat nail salon on Plaza’s West End with many talented individuals. Ben, Melinda, and Tom are all very professional and do a superb job. Do NOT got to Loretta. She demonstrates poor service; additionally, I’ve also observed her disparaging other clients.
I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and LOVE this place. Vivian always does such a great job, my nails have never looked this good!
