The service during my visit was excellent. The receptionist was pleasant - wait wasn’t long and I received similar treatment from the technician. All round a positive experience. Would recommend this clinic.
I have used this center for years. My experience has always been excellent, this time not so much. My appointment was for 12:15. I it almost 12:50 when I was finally brought by the technician to the bone density room and then found out your equipment cannot do the bone density because I have a monitor. I was told by the receptionist that I they would set up an appointment in White Plains Hospital on Tuesday at 3:30.
