Best gym in the area!
I go to this gym often, I think it’s pretty good. For an amateur bodybuilder/powerlifter it gets the job done. It’s great to have a gym available to you 24/7 and that’s key to someone trying to get into this lifestyle. The staff is pretty friendly and I can tell they do their best to keep the place clean.
Well, They are spending serious money in this They are doing a make over. The only thing that bothers me is that they have this new fitness cage maybe called synergy it's almost like crossfit and the trainers have never been here for the people early in the morning all the classes have been canceled or a no show and that's not nice because he is a lot of us in the early morning that would love to try the class in Maybe join
