As a parent, I’m outraged by the way my 18-year-old son was treated at Wow Smiles. He had just turned 18 — still in high school — and visited this office seeking Invisalign. At no point was he allowed to speak directly with the orthodontist. Instead, a financial representative told him he wasn’t eligible for Invisalign and convinced him to start braces that same day. I would give zero stars if I could. I went to Wow Smiles seeking Invisalign, but I was never allowed to speak to the actual orthodontist. Instead, the financial representative — not a doctor — told me that Invisalign would not work for me and that braces were my only option. Based on this false information, I agreed to start treatment. After doing my own research and consulting with multiple licensed orthodontists, I learned that I am a perfect candidate for Invisalign and was blatantly misled. Why? 10/10 recommend anyone who wants braces to go to Wow Smiles! Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. They were happy to answer any questions I had and made my son feel really comfortable through out his visit.
