Ava is a treasure. She takes the time to really listen to what hairstyle and color you want to achieve and give her expert opinion on how to realistically achieve your desired result. She took the time to do a strand test 24 hrs before my first appointment so she was familiar with my hair- something no other stylist has ever done for me. Cheyenne did a wonderful job on my wash and cut. I had almost 8 inches cut off and she did exactly what I asked for!
