I had my mother seen at this location for a tiny wound that was mostly healing when I took her in to the wound care center. She had a history of wounds and so I took her just to be on the safe side. The staff (nurse and PA) who saw her were really nice and explained that the wound was doing well and did not need any debridement or any additional treatment. However, there was a claim for "Treatment Room and Wound treatment" still filed with her insurance for $1800 of which her copay was $390. This was surprising that the Woun... read more

Perhaps the only doctors office in DFW where every employee is nice and goes out of their way to help you. A year of a wound not healing and expensive operations, they resolved the problem within weeks by simply putting healing before profit. Especially impressive since anyone with integrity was kicked out of the medical industry a few years ago.

I have been dealing with a diabetic ulcer on the bottom of my foot that would not heal for over 2 years with another wound care team. I had to have a toe amputated caused by the old wound. My Podiatrist sent me to this team. And OMG!! I cannot say enough as to the care and treatment I have recieved. I've been seeing Dr Sidiq, Matt, Terika, and Allen. And these guys have healed the bottom wound and we are on our way to completely healing the amputation sight with no grafting required. Through Hyperbaric and their wound care t... read more

I had a sudden deafness on my left ear 3 months ago and my ENT suggested me to have Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment (HBOT) along with steroid shots in the ear drum and steroid pills. I had 50 daily HBOT, 2 hours each. After researching and interviewing 3 locations, we decided to use this facility. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous to my care. They set a good expectations and delivered them well. I was nervous before we started. I’ve never heard the word Hyperbaric before and didn’t know anything about it at a... read more

I had a c-section that would not heal. I started going to this wound care office, and I will say the nurses were awesome and very compassionate. My experience with the two doctors, however, were not the best. I was put on a wound vac for months, with some breaks in between. The two doctors there had almost opposite approaches to my care and would say contradicting things-insisting I needed to just be patient and the wound would heal. I was prescribed several rounds of antibiotics, even though every culture we took was negati... read more
