This place is so misleading. I called today for help with a Stage 4 pressure ulcer and was told that they "didn't accept my health insurance for the type of care I needed (Wound Care)". Despite their website misleading everyone with the following, "Many health insurance plans cover wound care treatment. We believe world-class healthcare should be accessible to everyone.
