Came in about fifteen minutes from closing--awful, I know, and this team from reception, tech, to Doc was great. Very very grateful for their efficiency and kindness!
I walked right in with my sick kiddo. The staff was super friendly, the facility is top notch, and the doctor was so lovely. He made us feel welcome, gave my boys a tour, and couldn't have been nicer. The pharmacy next door was great and fast too. I'm so glad we have this in Worthington now!
I showed up an hour before closing on a Friday and could not have had a better experience. Everyone was friendly, genuinely concerned about my illness, it was a quick, easy process. Very impressed.
The medical assistant wasn't comfortable. I waited in the room for 30 minutes without any attention. There was one other patient in the facility who came in after me and yet no one came in to tell me that there was a delay due to this patient. I do not recommend this facility
Absolutely fantastic service - no wait and excellent care; highly, highly recommend!
