One of the worst management companies out there, they assign people who are not qualified for the role, cost homeowners thousands because of their mistakes and inexperience. Choose pretty much anyone else. Their communication is subpar and do not directly answer questions. I’m sure there will be some drafted reply which I don’t need to call the office or speak with management. That time has come and been long gone.

I’ve tried multiple times to reach the property manager about the ongoing issues in the gym, but they have not returned any calls or followed up. Despite repeated attempts, the problem still hasn’t been addressed. I have called your 855 number plenty of times with no response from the property manager. What good does it do calling your phone number if the PM does not call me back? The PM of my building is Rikki Corner. She shouldn't be a PM

Would give zero if I could. They don't care about the homeowners. A severe drainage issue at my unit is being ignored, and blamed on me needing me to take legal action. I also was late in Dec for my HOA payment and they charged me a late fee 6 days after the 1st of the month, and then a $99 'processing fee' that is 4x the late fee 10 days after payment due. I have no faith in Worth Ross Management Company to manage a building when they can't even manage their own services and properly send bills/invoices in a timely manner. I received a "surprise bill" SIX MONTHS LATER because they failed to manage their own services they use and didn't get an invoice until then. Did I get an email or phone call explaining this so I had a heads up this bill was coming? Nope. Don't use this company. It's not "worth" the hassle.
