Maria Wormington came highly recommended to us for my daughter’s medical malpractice case. However, she denied to take our case and her assistant refused to give us any explanation as to why. This felt very degrading and almost discriminatory for some reason after our family had been through significant trauma. I had also reached out to her by email with not even an automated response received. I guess on the other hand, if she can operate a successful business with these behaviors she must be an amazing lawyer!
Our family settled a wrongful death lawsuit against an assisted living facility. This firm was professional, compassionate and knew what they were doing. We will forever be grateful to Maria, Pearl and her amazing staff at Wormington & Bollinger.
They kept calling me and hanging up and when I tried to return the call several times no one would answer. They seem scammish
