My son was placed at your office due to no other dentist in our local area would take him before he turned 7 yrs old. I wish your office was an in-network provider for pediatric dental through my insurance carrier. I can truly say that I absolutely love your office and your staff. They are very warm welcoming and the atmosphere is very calming making my husband and I feel at ease with you taking care of our son.
We were taken back within 2 minutes of arrival. Great visit every time!
Perhaps if you know a patient who is good in the chair, a little flexibility on the rule that young kids have to go in the morning would be helpful. I really hate taking my son out of school for visits. But overall, I am happy and my son looks forward to the trains. Your staff are wonderful.
My kids have always had pleasant experiences when visiting the dentist. Even when more extensive work is needed besides regular cleanings. Everyone at the office is pleasant, kind, help & very understanding.
