Worlock replaced two heat pumps and two air handlers at my residence in December 2024. I waited to see what the performance was like for the summer. All I can say is the Goodman R32 systems they recommended are excellent! The systems are much more efficient than the units they replaced, cools the house quicker and runs quieter. They had some challenges replacing my older systems, but persevered and I am 100% satisfied.
When our 25-year-old HVAC system decided to quit working on one of the hottest days this summer, we were scrambling to find help. I’m glad we called Worlock Air Conditioning. Worlock came out super fast and had my AC fixed in less than 30 minutes. Everything has been running perfectly ever since. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I really appreciate how quick and reliable they were — highly recommend!

Ac went out late Thursday afternoon. I thought it was going to out until the next day as I contacted a company who said they couldn’t come until the next morning. Then I contacted Worlock. They said they would have someone out in about two hours. Bill came, diagnosed the issue and my Ac up and running in and hour. Great service and Bill was great. Thanks for a great job and customer service
