Excellent Experience
Just had Bill and his team at Worlock AC install a new AC Heat Pump at our condo and we are extremely happy with the job they did! Bill took the time to explain what was needed and why and was able to install a new unit right away to fit our schedule. Highly recommend his team to anyone looking for a new AC.
Amazing HVAC company! Wish I called them first. When the temperatures dropped recently, discovered that my heater was only blowing cold air. I called 2 companies (including 1 used prior) & never heard back. A friend referred me to Worlock, from my first call they were responsive & the epitome of great customer service. Bill, the owner of Worlock Air Conditioning, and his team did an exceptional job! They sent a professional crew — two guys worked up in the attic on my furnace, while two more handled the outdoor condenser. They also installed a new Honeywell Wi-Fi thermostat, which works great! I was impressed by their attention to detail; they put down tarps to protect my floors since the furnace is in the attic, and they left my house spotless when they finished. I had a inspector come out and found issues with HVAC unit. Warlock was right on time took a look at the unit and found a few additional items to make the unit safe as well as the home. Top professionally. very quick and followed up with a full write up and pictures. I also had a roof person there at the same time and he said he liked how well Warlock Air sealed the tubing to ensure roof wouldn't develop any leaks. Top notch and I will save their card for any future work needed.
